THE QUIZ MASTERS AFRICA LUCKY DRAW

The Lucky Draw of the Quiz Masters Africa App is designed to reward users of the app who take active participation in the weekly Free quiz. Winners emerge electronically through random selection from a list of qualifying participants for the period specified.

OBJECTIVE:

The QMA Lucky Draw is a reward instrument for users of the app who take active participation in the weekly assessment Free Quiz

THE RULE OF THE DRAW:

  • 1. The Lucky Draw is not a sweepstakes contest, it is a FREE quiz activity which does not involve any financial commitment on the part of the participants.
  • 2. The lucky draw is an independent initiative and activity of Quiz Masters Africa which does not involve Apple, Google or any other hosting company in any way or commit them to any form of obligation or liability.
  • 3. Winners of the draw will emerge through an electronic random selection process from a list of qualifying participants for the period of the draw.
  • 4. To qualify for this draw, a user must take active participation in all the weekly assessment quiz for the period specified and must make a minimum average score to be determined by the Management of QM Africa Consult Limited.
  • 5. Each participant must be a registered user of the app and for the category he is clearly qualified for by age and academic class with full disclosure of his School, address, telephone, email and clear passport photograph
  • 6. Each participant to the draw must not be above the age limit and class set for each category of quiz also, must not procure the assistance of a third party in answering the quiz.
  • 7. Procurement of a third party assistance, fraudulent misrepresentation of age, identity or class will automatically disqualify a participant and winner.
  • 8. The date, time, prize and result of the draw will be published in the App Newsfeed and communicated to participants.
  • 9. The result of the draw, the selection process, cancellation, alterations, prize, review, suspension or postponement of any part thereof are at the discretion of the Management of QM Africa Consult Limited which are not subject to participants’ or public scrutiny, directive, questioning, supervision, litigation, explanations or obligations whatsoever.
  • 10. There is no limit to the number of participation for each user.
  • 11. Every member of staff of Quiz Masters Africa and their families are not eligible for this draw.
  • 12. The managent of QMA reserves the right to review, cancel, invalidate or re-examine any winner without any prejudice where there is suspicion, petition, fraud or doubt in the conduct of the quiz or identity of a winner.
  • 13. A winner shall redeem his/her prize on presentation of a valid identification which matches with the information in our records.
  • 14. QM Africa Consult Limited reserves the right to review these rules whenever it deems necessary without notice or obligation to anybody or the general public.
